Delta has dropped the price on their Tokyo flights from Ottawa & Montreal down to only $463 to $513 CAD roundtrip including taxes.

Ottawa – $463 to $513
Montreal – $472

Flights have 1 stop each way, which typically goes for $1100 roundtrip.
