  1. Log in to your account to access your Dashboard.
  2. Click Subscription.
  3. Click Cancel to end your subscription.

If you subscribed through your Apple account:

  1. Go to your phone Settings, then tap on your Apple account
  2. Tap Subscriptions > Next Departure > Cancel Subscription.

(Note: Per Apple’s cancellation policy, your membership might renew if you don’t cancel your subscription more than 24 hours before your renewal date.)

If you subscribed through the Google Play Store:

  1. Access Google Play Store from any Android device associated with the Google account you used to subscribe
  2. Click on the menu icon (the three lines in the top left)
  3. Click on “Subscriptions”
  4. Find Next Departure icon
  5. Cancel your subscription

If you are not sure how you subscribed, please contact support@nextdeparture.ca and we will assist you.

Next Departure subscription renew automatically at the end of your billing cycle. You’ll receive a reminder email before your renewal date.

With our money-back guarantee, you can cancel anytime within 30 days and get a full refund. If it’s past 30 days, we cannot issue any refunds. Neither will any partial refunds will be granted for early cancellation. Please email support@nextdeparture.ca to request refunds after you’ve hit the “Cancel” button in your account settings.
