1. Eligibility:
- The giveaway contest is open to participants who meet the following criteria: Must be a legal resident of Canada, who is over the legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.
- Employees, officers, and directors of Next Departure Inc, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
- Next Departure reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual’s eligibility to participate in this Contest; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any Entry and/or other information entered (or purportedly entered) for the purposes of this Contest; and/or (iii) for any other reason Next Departure deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Contest in accordance with the interpretation of the letter and spirit of these Rules. All personal and other information requested by and supplied to Next Departure for the purpose of this Contest must be truthful, complete, accurate and in no way misleading. Next Departure reserves the right to disqualify any Entry or entrant in its and their sole discretion, should any Entry or entrant at any stage supply untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading personal details and/or information.
2. Entry Period:
The giveaway begins on December 15, 2023 at 3:00pm ET and ends on December 27th, 2023 at 11:59pm ET.

Participants are eligible for a max of 3 entries. There is a maximum of 1 entry per method.
Method 1 – Submit by email online: Participants must follow the on-screen instructions to register for the giveaway. LIMIT of 1 email entry
Method 2 – Instagram: Participants must follow Next Departure’s Instagram account, like the giveaway post, and comment by tagging 2 other friends or family. LIMIT of 1 comment
Method 3 – TikTok: Participants must follow Next Departure’s TikTok account, like the giveaway post, and comment by tagging 2 other friends or family. LIMIT of 1 comment
Spam or celebrity accounts will not be eligible.

5. Winner Selection:
- The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
- The drawing will take place on December 28th and the winner will be notified within 3 days after the drawing.
- If the winner does not respond within 14 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
- The winner for Swissgear carry-on must reply back with their mailing address. Next Departure will provide free delivery
- If the winner already has a subscription, the winner will have the option to get a refund or extend their subscription.
6. Winner drawing order:

- 3rd random draw winner – Swissgear carry-on
- 4th through 13th draw winner – Will receive 1 year free Next Departure Exclusive Subscription
7. Skill-testing Question:
Selected Winners will be required, as a condition of winning a prize, to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by email.
8. Publicity:
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow Next Departure Onc. to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Privacy:
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Next Departure’s website.
10. General Conditions:
a) Next Departure Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any participant if fraud or tampering is suspected.
b) Next Departure Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise.
c) By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Next Departure Inc.
11. Governing Law:
The giveaway is governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada.
12. Liability:
Next Departure is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants or their property related to their participation in the giveaway contest. Participants agree to release and hold harmless Next Departure and their affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
