Westjet has dropped their Los Angeles flights throughout 2018-2019 (excluding Summer) from Toronto down to only $317 CAD roundtrip including taxes.

1. Use Google Flights to search for dates

Sample search: Toronto to Los Angeles – look for flights listed at $337 CAD roundtrip 

2. Plug those dates into priceline.com
3. Search for: Toronto (YYZ) to Los Angeles (LAX)
