For those who sign up on our website:
Login to your account at https://app.nextdeparture.ca/profile and go into “Manage Billing”. From there you can change your billing period between Monthly/Yearly, change your credit card information and also see your payment history.
For those who signed up with iOS:
You can manage your Next Departure subscriptions by going to the Settings app on your iOS device, then tap your name, tap “Subscriptions,” and tap the subscription that you want to manage. Here you can see the next billing date and change or cancel the subscription.
For those who signed up with Google Play:
On your Android device, go to your subscriptions in Google Play App.
Select the subscription you want to cancel. Tap Cancel subscription. Follow the instructions.
