1. Use Google Flights to search for dates

Sample search: Toronto to New York — Look out for dates priced at $203-$208 CAD from January through April.

2. Plug in your dates into priceline.com
3. Note Priceline lists their prices in $USD which will come out to $172 CAD ($135 USD). Take into account the 2.5-3% foreign exchange fee most Canadian credit cards charge. You will still save about $20 when paying in USD versus paying in CAD!
