Icelandair have dropped their May flights from Toronto to Dublin down to only $412 CAD roundtrip including taxes.

You also add an Iceland stopover for additional $33.

UPDATED BAGGAGE POLICY: Icelandair new “Economy Light” fares now only include 1 carry-on (22lbs). Free meals and seat selection is still available. In my opinion, this deal is worth it if you only plan on taking a carry-on. When you add in a checked bags, your flights come out to over $560.
