You can score some pretty cheap open-jaw flights from Toronto or Ottawa to Singapore and then return back from Manila for only $590 CAD including taxes. The flights between the 2 cities are not included.

Flights are operated by United / ANA Airlines and have 1 or 2 connections each way.
