Expedia is showing extremely cheap flights to Rarotonga, Cook Islands from multiple Canadian cities including:

Toronto – $925
Ottawa – $926
Montreal – $926
*prices are listed in CAD, roundtrip and include taxes.

This is the lowest priced flights I’ve seen to the Cook Islands. In fact, this is part of Air New Zealand’s Cyber Monday sale but these same flights are listed at least $200-300 higher on their own website.

Flights are operated Air New Zealand or Air Canada and have 1 or 2 connections each way. Some flights may require an overnight layover in Los Angeles.
