NewLeaf is offering some incredibly low-priced flights from Abbotsford to Halifax, Hamilton or Winnipeg for only $19 CAD one-way. It does not work the other way around. NewLeaf also announced they will be offering an opportunity to purchase ground transportation from Abbotsford airport to Surrey.

Abbotsford to Halifax – $19 one-way or $57 roundtrip (UPDATE: roundtrip fare as increased to $203 CAD)
Abbotsford to Hamilton – $19 one-way or $223 roundtrip
Abbotsford to Winnipeg – $19 one-way or $118 roundtrip
