Copa has dropped the price of their September flights to Costa Rica from Toronto down to only $332 CAD roundtrip including taxes

Flights have 1 connection each way. Some return flights have a 23 hour overnight layover in Panama City, which gives you the opportunity to visit the city. Extending the layover is NOT possible.
