How do I cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed through www.nextdeparture.ca:
- Log in to your account on app.nextdeparture.ca/profile. This will take you directly to your Dashboard.
- Hit the Cancel button to end your subscription.
If you subscribed through your iTunes account:
- Go to your phone Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
- Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
- Tap Subscriptions > Next Departure > Cancel Subscription.
- Alternatively, you can see all your Apple subscriptions by clicking here (if you’re logged in)
(Note: Per Apple’s cancellation policy, your membership might renew if you don’t cancel your subscription more than 24 hours before your renewal date.)
If you subscribed through the Google Play Store:
- Open the Google Play Store on your device
- Tap Menu > Account > Subscriptions.
- Find the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel.
- Alternatively, you can see all your Google subscriptions by clicking here (if you’re logged in)
