How do I cancel my subscription?

If you subscribed through www.nextdeparture.ca:

  1. Log in to your account on app.nextdeparture.ca/profile. This will take you directly to your Dashboard.
  2. Hit the Cancel button to end your subscription.

If you subscribed through your iTunes account:

  1. Go to your phone Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
  3. Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
  4. Tap Subscriptions > Next Departure > Cancel Subscription.
  5. Alternatively, you can see all your Apple subscriptions by clicking here (if you’re logged in)

(Note: Per Apple’s cancellation policy, your membership might renew if you don’t cancel your subscription more than 24 hours before your renewal date.)

If you subscribed through the Google Play Store:

  1.  Open the Google Play Store on your device
  2. Tap Menu > Account > Subscriptions.
  3. Find the subscription you want to cancel.
  4. Tap Cancel.
  5. Alternatively, you can see all your Google subscriptions by clicking here (if you’re logged in)
